Dr. Alexandra “Ali” Wisenall, DNP, MBA, APRN, FNP-BC

Ali is a healthcare executive, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and leadership consultant with more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare operations, and executive leadership.


Ali holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational and Systems Leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing from Carlow University, along with a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Youngstown State University. Her career has given her a unique vantage point across healthcare—from bedside nursing to executive leadership—shaping her belief that strong organizations are built through thoughtful leadership, operational clarity, and a deep commitment to service.

Most recently, Ali served as Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Operations within a large healthcare system, where she oversaw multi-site outpatient services and surgical specialty operations. In this role, she worked closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational teams to improve access, strengthen clinical operations, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care across complex care environments.


Today, Ali is also a practice owner and healthcare entrepreneur, co-founding a private women’s health practice focused on delivering modern, patient-centered care. This experience allows her to bring a practical, real-world perspective to leadership—balancing strategy, operations, and frontline clinical realities.


Ali is known for her ability to bridge clinical insight with operational strategy, helping organizations navigate growth, improve systems, and build strong, resilient teams.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions to healthcare, Ali was named a 2026 Influential Woman, a national recognition honoring women making meaningful impact across industries.

Outside of her professional work, Ali is a proud mother of two boys and remains deeply committed to community health initiatives and advocacy.
