As a former CEO and CFO and a current member of multiple boards, Greg combines deep operational expertise with a practical, experience-based approach to strategic and financial consulting and executive coaching.
Greg’s career is defined by leading and advising organizations through critical inflection points. As President and CEO of Pittsburgh Technical College, he drove institutional transformation, including the successful conversion to a nonprofit 501(c)(3), expansion of academic and residential programs, and scaling of operations to support more than 2,000 students and 300 employees. His leadership consistently aligned strategy, culture, and execution—resulting in sustained performance, organizational stability, and recognition as a multi-year “Best Place to Work.”
Additionally, Greg spent six years at Wilke & Associates advising executive teams on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial structuring, and organizational effectiveness. He also served as a trusted coach to senior leaders, helping them make high-stakes decisions, strengthen leadership alignment, and improve performance in dynamic environments.
