Dr. Jeff Belsky, DBA,MBA

Dr. Jeff Belsky is a seasoned executive advisor, leadership consultant, author, and educator with more than 35 years of professional experience across multiple industries, including information technology, transportation, education, and hospitality. Throughout his career, he has combined executive leadership experience with a deep commitment to developing people and strengthening organizations.

Dr. Belsky holds a master’s degree in business and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. He has founded and operated several businesses and has served in senior executive roles, including Vice President of Strategy, where he helped organizations align strategy, leadership, and performance to achieve measurable results.

As a leadership advisor and executive coach, Dr. Belsky has worked with organizations across the United States, Canada, China, and India. He has coached more than 450 professionals and has facilitated strategic planning sessions for organizations ranging from small businesses to companies with market valuations exceeding $6 billion. His work focuses on leadership development, strategic alignment, organizational culture, and succession planning.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Belsky is a prolific author and speaker. He has written and published multiple books and professional articles on leadership and employee retention and has delivered keynote presentations at numerous professional events. His research and writing often focus on helping organizations retain top talent, develop strong leadership pipelines, and build cultures where employees thrive.

Dr. Belsky is also deeply involved in higher education. Over the course of his academic career, he has served as an adjunct professor for more than ten universities, including two international institutions, and currently teaches at four universities where he mentors graduate and doctoral students in business and leadership.

Jeff resides in Florida with his wife of over 38 years. Together they have three grown children and two beloved golden retrievers.
