Dr. Ware is the co-author of two books on AI integration in leadership and higher education: A New Era of Leadership with AI: How Artificial Intelligence May Influence Leadership (2024) and Teaching and Leading with Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Policy, Practice, and Pedagogy (2025). He is completing his Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a dissertation focused on how organizational leaders perceive, adopt, and apply artificial intelligence in their leadership practice. He is a featured speaker at national conferences on AI and workforce readiness, and a member of the American Association of Colleges and Universities Institute on AI, Pedagogy, and the Curriculum.
